- Find a partner that has that strength 
- Stop doing it 
Life Hack: How to remember content
- Have a place to digitally store information (Kristy uses OneNote, Evernote is popular, or just use phone notes) 
- Have a method to get information into your digital system 
- Share the information as quickly as possible after you hear it (host a podcast! talk about it with friends and co-workers, even tell a pet or an object for the same memory effect)
